Broker events
Groundbreakings and broker open houses so well hosted that the tenant reps who matter make the drive, and leave already planning a second visit.

The outcome
Brokers back for a second look
Brokers get a reason to walk the space, and owners get a milestone the business press can cover.
For brokers
Time with the leasing team and the space, with no client watching them ask questions.
For owners
A milestone that looks as considered as the capital behind it.
For the press
A clear story and a photo moment ready for a local headline.

Tell us the milestone and the date. We'll sketch the night, the guest list and the budget.
Get my event plan →The difference
A lunch in the lobby gets a few tenant reps through the door. A night worth the drive gets them back with a client.

We plan events for buildings that need to lease, so the guest list starts with reps who have tenants looking.
Day of management is $1,000 and a full open house is $6,000, with vendors billed separately.
We plan from the night itself, so invitations land early enough for brokers to hold the date.

We know who to invite from the broker community and what gets them out of the office.
The planner who writes your run of show is the one holding the clipboard on the night.
The tours start the morning after.
